Mô Tả Công Việc
Purpose:
· Receive and respond to customer’s complaints related to the company's products and services.
· Contribute ideas to improve working efficiency and minimize production costs
Main duties:
· Develop information channels for "internal customers/external customers" to easily access information when there are complaints about product quality.
· Be the contact point for receiving all information about customer complaints, giving directions to handle the problems. Request for Site Director Tay Ninh & Cu Chi's advises for special cases.
· Study and confirm the cause of inappropriate products, with the relevant departments to correct, fix product defects to continue to occur.
· Organize to assess the customer satisfaction once a year. Report the results, find out the cause of bad reviews, unsatisfactory customer requirements, propose innovative solutions.
· Develop the Customer Service budget annually. Organize the implementation according to the approved budget.
· Supervise the routine of maintenance activities of equipment and machinery systems.
· Manage and operate customer service department to ensure the complaints would be settled within 24 hours.
· Join the test vs new product development.
· Solve and propose recovery and prevention plan for each customer’s complaint.
· Take responsibility for technical operations at the factory vs. process improvement / cycle time / quality / real loss (scrap)
· Other tasks:
+ Perform other tasks as required
+ Prepare weekly/monthly reports and other reports
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
· 5+ years of technical service or relevant experience.
· University degree: Industry - Technical Management
· Have deeply understanding of QC, QA, and ISO
· Good communication and presentation skills (English & Vietnamese language)
· Analytical skill - problem solving and decision making
· Communication - convincing presentation
· Management and Leadership
· Can work independently or teamwork
· Quickly adapt to new work
· Independent - handling high pressure work
· Ability to manage and lead team.
