• Excellent English communication, speaking confidently and fluently (Clear voice).• Customer service experience is a plus, Lexor still welcomes freshers, and you would be trained in the professional US policy program from the beginning.• Basic computer skills, including Word, and Excel.• Effective multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.• Quick, good communication and problem solving skills.WORKING HOURS:• Monday to Sunday (Night Shift): 10 PM – 6 AM (1-hour break)• Workdays: 5 days/week (if working on Monday to Friday)• Workdays: 4 days/week (if working on Saturday and Sunday)• Shift arrangement: Flexible, managed by the supervisorOFFERS:- Gross Salary: 10 milion per month (30% of the working day of night shift)- Work in a foreign-friendly and professional environment.- Full participation in social insurance according to government regulations.- 12 annual leave per year.- 13th-month salary based on the company's business performance.- Receive comprehensive training on company processes before starting work - continuoussupervision and guidance from management until proficiency is achieved.The company provides all the necessary work equipment.LOCATION: Lô Q-6E đường số 5 KCN Long Hậu, Xã Cần Giuộc , Tây Ninh ( Long An Cũ).
