Customer Service Representative (Female, 14-18Mil)

• Provide customer support regarding price quotes, inventory checks, shipping costs, delivery times, and payment collection.• Provide detailed product information, troubleshoot issues, and offer solutions to customer concerns.• Issue relevant documents including invoice, packing list, COCQ and internal declarations. Manage the entire invoicing process in FAST system and internally.• Submit production requests and ensure adherence to deadlines.• Manage product shipments, control shipping costs, and ensure timely delivery.• Responsibility for inventory management at the site as defined in coordination with the Demand Department at the HQ. This role requires ensuring all required parts are in stock, and placing orders promptly if there are any shortages.• Control the whole import process and work efficiently with logistic companies to ensure optimal shipment and custom release process.• Maintain clear communication with the parent company to ensure alignment on production schedules and raw material needs.
