1. Receive Booking request, verify all information before releasing booking to customer.2. If it is DG cargo, OOG cargo, need to follow sepcial operation procedure.3. Support customer to solve accident, to be contact window between customer and interal departments.4. Doing Loading list to send to terminal.5. Delivery B/L against settled payment.6. Update to customer for route/schedule change timely.7. Handle COD requirement.8. Contact HQ/ oversea agent/ Transit port agent.9. Issue Certification as customer’s application.10. Verify & create customer profile.11. Follow duty list during non-working time to feedback terminal, contact customer and solve trouble ( if any).12. Follow SOP and KPI.13. Support customer for claim, special request.14. Instruct and answer questions from customer.15. Collect feedback from customer to report manager for idea/suggestion to improve customer service quality.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• University graduated in relevant field;• Age from 22-30 years old;• At least 1-2 years experience in shipping lines, handling booking container, cargo, vessel• Hardworking, proactive and teamwork spirit;• Good interpersonal & communication skills;• Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities;• Good command of English and Chinese.
