Position Objective:• Handle for order processing and control on time delivery as customer requirement• Support the organization Goal in achieving Total Customer SatisfactionPosition Scope:• Validate customer demand and forecast then enter to system• Check firm order and forecast history to control customer fluctuation.• Coordinate with other department in order to ensure that all customer order is completed and delivery on time• Coordinate with Shipping Forwarder for outbound shipment.• Contact to the customer for on time delivery• Manage return shipment for investigation• Control EOP to minimize the obsolete costTasks / Responsibilities: (Main Activities)• Key Channel of customer communication for requirement and commitment• Key Channel of information from customer to company• To update customer firm order & forecast to the system correctly.• Negotiate with customer in case can not meet customer requirement• Negotiate with customer in case of potential premium air freight to support customer.• Work with Customers & Global team to collect data then update into the system for long term forecast (at least 24 months)• To contact shipping forwarder to booking vessel for oversea customer.• Coordinate with Production Planner, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Warehouse , QA, Process Engineer, Prototype team in order to achieve on time delivery to customer• To release Picking list to warehouse for preparing FG before loading.• To collect export entry and upload to finance sharepoint on time• To print commercial invoice and packing list then send to Finance Dept.• To collect freight on sales/ Premium freight then update to Finance sharepoint• Coordinate with Business Unit & Finance to ensure all customer agreement and pricing was setting up correctly• To update Weekly/ Monthly premium freight out & On time delivery report• To update Weekly expected sales and tracking customer increase/ decrease report.• To update Weekly/ Monthly on time delivery by Domestic & Export• To lead EOP meeting with cross functional team and negotiate with the customer in case potential FG/ Raw obsolete cost.• Review contracts/ terms and conditions to prevent violations in supporting customer

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Bachelor's Degree of Business Administration or Logistics• Strong Customer focus and process overview• Minimum 5 years experiences in Customer Service or Logistics• English 4 skills• Problem solving skills as well as communication skills• Excellent in Excel (VBA/ Power BI/ Power point is a big plus)• Experience in Automotive/ Consumer Goods/ Textile is prefered• Legal/ commercial knowledge is a big plus• Problem Solving and data analysis• Hazardous Material Handing• English Skills• Negotiation Skill• Analysis Skill• Inventory Management• Cost Management
