Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fieldMinimum 3–5 years of customer service experience, preferably in logistics/forwardingPrevious supervisory or team lead experience is an advantageStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle pressure and resolve conflicts efficientlyExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesProficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP/forwarding software is a plusGood command of English (spoken and written); Mandarin is a plus
