Customer Service Team Leader:Monitoring employee productivity and quality of customer service;Experienced in team management;Making sure employees meet performance expectations;Organizing workflow and ensuring that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks;Giving instructions to subordinate employees;Assist in developing training plans and implementing and evaluating employees after training;Handling complaints;Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports;Other tasks are assigned by the Line manager or BOD.
