Develop Customer SolutionsAnalyze the needs and challenges of each customer to recommend suitable solutions.Coordinate with departments like Operations and IT to customize services based on specific customer requirements.Implement projects that integrate technology, software, or automation tools into service delivery processes.Apply Technology and Data AnalyticsUse analytics tools (BI platforms, dashboards) to monitor, assess, and forecast service performance.Work with IT and Data Science teams to develop automated reporting systems and performance alerts.Propose and implement innovative technology solutions (API, IoT, machine learning) to enhance the customer experience.Monitor and Improve Service QualityTrack and analyze operational KPIs such as delivery time, success rates, and customer complaints.Collaborate with customers and Operations to resolve issues promptly.Proactively identify opportunities for service improvements and recommend process enhancements.Drive Business Initiatives and Revenue GrowthSupport the Commercial team in developing long-term partnerships with key customers.Propose new business models based on customer behavior data and market trends.Work closely with Customer Care to improve customer experience and retention.

Education and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology, or related fields.2-3 years of experience in customer solutions, consulting, or business development roles, preferably in logistics or e-commerce.Technical Skills Knowledge of technology solutions in logistics, such as Order Management Systems (OMS) or Transportation Management Systems (TMS).Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, and SQL.Experience working with APIs, software integration, or automation solutions.Soft SkillsStrategic thinking and creative problem-solving abilities.Strong communication and persuasion skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.Teamwork mindset with the ability to work under pressure.Language SkillsProficiency in English being an advantage.
