We’re Hiring: Reservation Support - Korean Speakers (Relocate to KL, Malaysia). Location: Teleperformance Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur) Gtower. Intake: October. Channel: Voice, Chat, Email. Salary: RM8,000 – RM10,000 (All-in Package)What You’ll Need:. Diploma or Degree in any field. English proficiency (CEFR B1+) – Check Level. 6+ months experience in customer support preferred (not required). Fresh grads in English/Communications-related fields encouraged. Typing: 40 wpm, 90% accuracy. Proficient in Microsoft Office & general computer useYour Responsibilities:. Support customers via chat & email. Handle inquiries, payments, and order processing. Safeguard customer data & privacy. Escalate issues when needed. Contribute to service improvements. Stay up to date through training and performance goals
