The new CX Architect will work directly with me, our build team and various other stakeholders to help lead the way. If you’re a UI designer, you might try to solve every problem with a new screen. If you’re a product manager, everything might look like an app feature. Both are important — but this role is about something bigger: 𝐝𝐞𝐞𝐩𝐥𝐲 𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞’𝐬 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐬, the challenges they face, and the best (fastest, cheapest, easiest…) way to meet those needs in a way they’ll truly value — whether that’s an app change, a process improvement, or something entirely different.
