• Extending professionalism and courtesy to guests at all times and displaying the brand values of the company
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Good written and verbal communication skills both in Vietnamese and English, other languages is a plus
Ability to think critically, offer solutions, anticipate problems and provide solutions, provide high level of attention details
Computer literacy, knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Hotel operations systems and POS
