Data Analyst / Business Intelligence Analyst (BI, SQL)

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst / Bi Analyst to join our team and help transform data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing data, generating reports, and providing business intelligence to inform decision-making. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with data visualization tools and statistical analysis. This role report to Data & Analytics Manager / Head of Business Technology SolutionKey Responsibilities  Collaborate with various departments to identify business requirements and align them with relevant data sources (Core, System, and external data) to uncover data-driven problems and opportunities. Propose initiatives and collaborate with developers to implement events within customer journey, enabling data tracking across digital products (eKYC, Online Trading…).  Conduct analytics, perform scenario analysis, and use dashboard visualizations to uncover and utilize data insights (storytelling), providing actionable business recommendations and solutions. Be involved in a part of data platform development process, including the ETL process, with a focus in modern BI solutions and the automated processes for reconciliation reports. Work closely with cross-functional teams / project teams to initiate, design, develop and deliver datamart, automated dashboard and report for end users. Perform ad-hoc data analysis to answer specific business questions and assist in strategic planning. Reporting and other tasks relevant to data analytics domain knowledge.
