Provide periodic and ad-hoc reports to internal and external parties
Gather data and information for different sources, perform standardization/data cleaning and maintain combined database
Develop reporting dashboards in the business intelligence tool
Interpret and analyze claim data, understanding the data to highlight opportunities for claim department
Present data in a meaningful way, formulate recommendations that drive key business decisions
Work with IT team to perform activities related to system enhancements and/or implementing new capabilities to respond to client reporting requirements
Consult with the business area on the complex system related
Advise Junior Data Analyst(s) on reporting and data analytics and review his/her works

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Diploma/Degree in related fields
At least 3 years of experience in similar industries
Microsoft Office wit strong knowledge in Excel and Power BI
Experience in SQL
Strong analytic skills and business sense
Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as English skills
Demonstrated organization skill, attention to details and ability to prioritize tasks
Experience in Insurance/Healthcare, VBA and Ơython/R are preferable
