Responsibilities:1. Analyze data from various sources to identify key business trends, performance metrics, and areas for improvement2. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights and findings to stakeholders3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions4. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the ride-hailing industry5. Assist in the development of business strategies, product roadmaps, and operational plans based on data-driven insights6. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to management on business performance and trends7. Support ad-hoc analysis and special projects as needed to address specific business challenges or opportunities8. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the ride-hailing and transportation sectors

Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field2. Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in the technology or transportation industry3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret large datasets4. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as SQL, Python, R, Excel, Tableau, or Power BI5. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex findings in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders at all levels6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment7. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills with a proactive and results-oriented mindset8. Fluency in Vietnamese and English languages
