- Perform deep-dive exploratory analysis to uncover insights and guide business decisions
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support stakeholders
- Develop and automate data tools, pipelines, and workflows for scalable analytics solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and drive outcomes
- Maintain data integrity and become a subject matter expert for key datasets
- Contribute to predictive modeling and machine learning initiatives

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field...
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in a data analyst or similar role
- Strong SQL and Python skills for data analysis and scripting
- Experience with BI tools like Superset, Power BI, or Tableau
- Proficient with modern data stack tools, especially DBT, BigQuery, ClickHouse
- Experience working with financial and sales performance reports is a strong plus
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and constantly evolving startup environmen
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to take initiative, prioritize, and deliver without constant supervision
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
- Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
