Core Responsibilities:
Business Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Reporting & Visualization: Develop interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI, Excel, and SQL to deliver actionable insights.
Operational Support: Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend data-driven solutions.
Alert Systems: Design and implement automated alerts to detect anomalies and support timely corrective actions.
Collaboration & Training: Partner with cross-functional teams for seamless data integration and provide training on report usage.
Innovation & Problem-Solving: Identify opportunities for business process improvements and contribute to innovative solutions.
Additional Responsibilities:
Data Governance: Support data accuracy, integrity, and security while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Continuous Improvement: Research and evaluate new tools and technologies to enhance reporting and analytics.

Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or BI Developer.
Strong proficiency in Power BI and SQL.
Solid understanding of database management, data modeling, and ETL processes.
Proficient in probability and statistics for business applications.
English communication skills (verbal and written) for effective collaboration with U.S.-based users.
Open to remote work within the PST timezone or a hybrid model (onsite at VNT + remote PST).
Bonus Skills:
Experience in retail (eCommerce) and logistics industries is a plus.
Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis and automation is a plus.
