Data Engineer / Data Analyst (SQL/ NoSQL)

Job requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Software Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field. Hands-on experience with large-scale omics and clinical datasets. Strong experience in developing machine learning and deep learning models. Experience in building analysis pipelines using Snakemake or Nextflow. Proficiency with high-performance computing (HPC) systems, Singularity, and/or Docker. Understanding of software development best practices, including version control (Git), code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with cloud platforms and big data processing tools (e.g., Spark, Hadoop). Other requirements: Experience with SQL, NoSQL, or distributed data systems. Excellent collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams, including biologists, clinicians, and engineers. Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment. Passion for advancing healthcare through AI in precision oncology. Nice to have:Experience preparing scientific manuscripts in a related field.
