Demonstrates examples of departmental transformation through new patterns/principals in system design. Has a significant financial or efficiency impact across the department.• Ensures cross-team dependencies are noted and well understood by teams involved and other relevant stakeholders.• When taking action, weights cost and value in order to take the most economic action.• Ensures expectations and commitments with their team and stakeholders.• Anticipates and communicates blockers and delays within their team's projects before escalating.• Requires an individual to maintain the ability to work in an environment with PHI / PII data• May be assigned other duties.• Must maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
