- Designing change data capture method for each source system
- Providing data features infrastructure to empower Data Analytics from other teams do their job
- Play the role of a data team leader as it builds out BI platform, Data solutions and Data products for the company.
- Spearhead the development of data models, architectures, and platforms to achieve a stable, efficient and scalable system
- Developing and implementing data models, data marts for enterprise data lake/data warehouse and integration development process
- Monitoring the data quality of data pipelines, provide data management, data government
- Managing team and working with upper managers to address business problems, identify opportunities for using data to drive operational improvements.
- Participating in code reviews, pair programming, and coaching other members
- Maintaining software clean architecture, clean code, and high quality.
- Guiding new members, interfacing with business to understand needs, and providing valuable feedback
