Data Science Manager

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Data Science Manager to lead our cross-functional Data Science & AI team. You will be responsible for shaping our data-driven product strategy, building advanced machine learning models, deploying AI Assistants, and enabling real-time analytics and flexible reporting across our key verticals: Digital Banking, eWallet, SmartPOS, Payment Gateway, Insurance, and SME Platforms.🔹 Leadership & Strategy Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of data scientists, ML engineers, and data analysts. Drive the overall data and AI strategy in alignment with business goals and product roadmaps. Collaborate with C-level executives, Product, Engineering, and Business Units. 🔹 Data Platform & Architecture Oversee design of scalable, cloud-native data platforms (DWH, Lakehouse, Real-time streaming). Ensure strong data governance, MDM, privacy compliance (e.g., GDPR, PDPD). Implement flexible analytics & self-service BI tools for internal teams and customers. 🔹 Machine Learning & AI Lead development of predictive models for credit scoring, fraud detection, recommendation engines, and personalization. Build and deploy AI Assistants for customer service, internal operations, and financial advisory. Monitor model performance, fairness, and accuracy at scale. 🔹 Product Domains Enable data-driven insights across Digital Banking, SmartPOS, eWallet, and SME platforms. Integrate analytics into Payment Gateways, Loan engines, Insurance platforms, and Merchant tools. Collaborate in shaping AI-first financial products. 🔹 Reporting & Analytics Develop flexible reporting systems (dashboarding, real-time KPIs, drill-downs). Drive adoption of tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, Metabase, Looker, or open-source alternatives
