Mô Tả Công Việc
- Administer database system
- Run batch job to clear data: receive batch script from customer, pass in parameters and run to clear error data.
- Retrieve data on demand: receive a request to get information (eg products) in a certain database, retrieve it, save the csv and then send it back to the customer
- Backup/Restore data: fix bugs/optimize backup/restore pipeline
- Migration: Write jobs to migrate data from Oracle to BigQuery
- Dummy data: create dummy data in case the data sent from IoT device is not available
Technologies:
- Google Cloud Platform: Google Big Query, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub …
- Database: Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL
- Language: Python
- ETL/Manage: Airflow
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Have experience in administering relational, NoSQL and distributed databases
(BigQuery, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB, DBaaS, other GCP DBs, etc.). - Good SQL and scripting skills
- Experience with data backups, replication, and migration
- Have experience in highly available and scalable databases
- Have knowledge in performance tuning, especially for complex queries and indexing strategies
- Collaborate effectively with development and DevOps teams
- Agile software development methodology experience
