Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager (Japan Market) to join our dynamic team at SmartOSC, a leading digital agency specializing in delivering innovative solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the end-to-end delivery process while being accountable for the P&L (Profit and Loss) of the division. This is an opportunity to lead high-impact projects, optimize processes, and drive growth within a fast-paced, creative environment. P&L Management: Own and manage the division’s financial performance, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth. Monitor budgets, forecasts, and expenses to achieve financial targets and drive efficiency. Project Delivery Leadership: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple digital projects, ensuring they are on time, within scope, and budget. Act as the primary escalation point for project risks and issues, providing strategic resolutions. Team Management: Lead and inspire cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, designers, and strategists, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. Recruit, mentor, and develop team members to maximize their potential and performance. Resource Management: Efficiently allocate and manage resources across projects to ensure optimal utilization and delivery success. Identify resource gaps and collaborate with leadership to address hiring or upskilling needs. Client Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with their business objectives. Actively participate in client meetings to provide updates, insights, and recommendations. Process Optimization: Continuously refine and implement delivery processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance productivity and quality.
