We are seeking a Product Delivery Manager to oversee the successful delivery of our products while ensuring customer satisfaction and alignment with business goals. This role plays a crucial part in managing customer expectations, project timelines, pre-sales activities, and tender bidding processes. Customer Engagement & Expectation Management
Serve as the primary contact for customers regarding product delivery, timelines, and post-sales inquiries.
Handle customer concerns with confidence, ensuring quick resolution and customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular health checks with customers to address issues and drive improvements.
Provide insights on industry trends and product usage to enhance the customer experience.
Project & Timeline Management
Collect, analyze, and document customer requirements to ensure alignment with product capabilities.
Develop and maintain delivery plans, including scope, milestones, and key deliverables.
Ensure product releases are delivered on time and meet quality expectations.
Identify risks and define contingency plans to mitigate potential delays.
Pre-Sales & Tender Bidding Support
Support the pre-sales process by understanding customer needs and providing technical/product expertise.
Assist in preparing technical proposals, product demonstrations, and solution presentations.
Manage tender submissions, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and bidding criteria.
Work closely with sales and bid management teams to develop winning strategies.
Billing & Monthly Invoicing
Oversee monthly settlements and invoicing, ensuring accurate billing for delivered products/services.
Coordinate with customer project team to push up invoicing process, resolve disputes, and ensure timely collections.
Maintain proper documentation of billing records and agreements for audit purposes.
Process & Workflow Optimization
Implement efficient workflow processes to improve delivery timelines and service quality.
Enhance reporting and tracking systems to monitor project progress and performance.
Requirements
Strong project management and customer handling skills.
Experience in pre-sales, bid management, or tender processes.
Ability to manage expectations and align customer needs with product roadmaps.
Knowledge of billing and settlement processes is a plus.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
Experience in Japanese BrSE is a plus.
