- Ensure that all foods are prepared to the standards of the recipe with minimal waste of food
- Ensure that all utensils are used safely and correctly and are kept clean periodically
- Prepare fresh ingredients for cooking according to recipes/menu
- Cook food and prepare top-quality menu items in a timely manner
- Test foods to ensure proper preparation and temperature
- Ensure the proper sanitation and cleanliness of surfaces and storage containers
2,3 Organizational Relationship
- In-house: F&B Team, Banquet Team
- Outside: Customers

- Communication skills(Negotiation/Presentation/Speech/Listening)
- Understanding of F & B and hotel industry and products
- Cooking-related knowledge, including excellent cooking skills and the ability to organize standard recipes
- Ability to introduce and explain menus to F & B team leaders and team members (Education Skills)
