• Be responsible for Coating & Resin Department activities, which include sales, marketing, technical service, inventory management, direct expenses control, personnel planning & development in order to ensure the given profit and loss’s target are met.• Plan, organize and control sales operations of Coating & Resin Department products distributed by the Company throughout the Country to achieve sales targets and profitability as well as to ensure meeting the expectations and needs of all customers and principals.• Prepare and recommend yearly sales and expense budgets, direct and control sales activities of the Coating & Resin Department, in order to achieve sales and collection targets within planned budget.• Develop effective marketing plans and strategies based on RBU/BL/country strategy maps and carry out market research to extend for new market segments/new products. • Manage & monitor the department’s P&L to achieve budgeted sales, profit objectives and contribution margins as per given.• Implement marketing plans and strategies through sales team and review from time to time so as to achieve sales targets for each product agency.• Conduct sales meetings regularly with all sales personnel to review and analyze sales performance of products and discuss stock positions and aging in order to monitor of sales forces & available goods.• Train, develop, supervise, motivate and lead sales team to equip them with sound product knowledge, systems, strategy and selling skills to ensure effective implementation of the RBU/company/department strategy in order to derive optimal performance.• Ensure that company’s Performance Management scheme is implemented in your department and are established in line with the RBU/company strategy targets and initiatives and submitted on time to management.• Maintain good rapport and close relationship with customers so as to gain clear understanding on customer needs and monitor performance of all product agencies through regular customer visits.• Attain principal’s objectives in terms of sales performance and customer service levels so as to maintain distributorship rights for all product agencies.• Maintain close communications with Principals overseas to seek advice on problems relating to product quality and provide information on local market situation as and when needed.• Attend to Principals’ representatives’ requirements so as to meet their visits’ objectives, which would include reviewing sales performance and activities. Assure timely submission of call and monthly reports and continual updating of C4C and sample database records for monitor market trend.• Develop & implement market/business plans with/for key principals, aligning strategy and business approach as well as ensuring both organic and in particular new business growth. • Renew commercial contracts for approval, and ensure having in depth knowledge of all terms and conditions as well as maintaining written records for all suppliers. • Make periodical supplier evaluations and through directly action-involvement ensure that the company maximize business relationships and support towards growing the business successfully.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Own a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical field.• Minimum 10 years sales experience of Resin & Coating Ingredients Industry with at least 5 years should be in management level (having a team at least 4 sales staffs).• Having a deep knowledge & network in Resin & Coating Ingredients Industry.• Very good in Leadership Skill – able to work with complex reporting lines with different levels & nationalities (Regional, Supplier, Customers, experienced local staffs).• Acquire and demonstrate a high degree of independence and ability to analyze problems and find/implement solutions in line with department and/or company objectives.• Good business presentation and negotiation skill.• Good in English skill.
