Deployment Lead

Deployment Lead is accountable for deployment and scaling of digital products and use cases across the region. The Deployment Lead represents the voice of the Brewery and is responsible to ensure alignment with all relevant stakeholders like e.g. Product Owners, Brewery Managers, TPM Region and Hubs in the region. Based on the knowledge and cooperation with breweries in the region, the Deployment Lead co-creates, inputs and helps prioritize different Product Backlogs providing the team with required information what needs to be delivered and in which order. The Deployment Lead ensures the deployments of products in the Breweries by engaging the Brewery stakeholders, local Digital Specialist, Global Connected Brewery Product Owners and Deployment Leads.ResponsibilitiesChange Management: Design and execute comprehensive change management strategies to support the successful deployment of Connected Brewery portfolio by fostering adoption of new capabilities and processes; High score on change impact assessmentsProcess Improvement: Develop and implement tools, frameworks, and methodologies to guide teams through change adoption; Foster a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and incorporating lessons learned into future deployments.Training and Support: Design and deliver training programs to prepare teams for new systems, processes, and tools.User Training: Develop user-friendly guides, FAQs, and resources to support knowledge transfer and skill-building.Performance Monitoring: Establish mechanisms to monitor the effectiveness of change and communications efforts.Project Management: Project/Portfolio management skills, communication and change management, stakeholder managementStakeholder Communication: High NPS of project membersRequirementsIndustry Knowledge: Bachelor / Master degree in a relevant field such as communications, business administration, or a related field; Familiarity with capability-building projects in a regional or global context, ideally within the FMCG industry or a similar dynamic environment.Experience: Proven experience in change management and communications, transformational and/or digital programs preferably within large, matrixed organizations.Teamwork: Knows how to own leadership, people and stakeholder management skills.Communication: Ability to build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with leaders across the business; Skilled at using modern communication techniques including online videos, mobile applications, internet portals, etc.Problem Solving: Capability to navigate complex organizational challenges and adjust strategies to evolving needs.Interpersonal Skills: Sensitivity to regional and cultural nuances in communication and change management.Methodologies: Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile) are advantageous.EducationDegreeBachelor in Information TechnologyCertificationBenefits A diverse and open working culture, where your true identity is celebrated.
