Key Responsibilities: 1. Delivery Operations: a. Manage vehicle movement for timely customer delivery and fleet distribution. b. Optimize transport schedules to ensure availability and reduce downtime. 2. Technical Management: a. Oversee fleet maintenance, repairs, and compliance with safety standards. b. Coordinate with service providers and track vehicle performance metrics. 3. Asset Management: a. Monitor fleet inventory, vehicle utilization, and procurement. b. Maintain accurate records of vehicle status and optimize fleet composition. 4. Administrative Procedures: a. Streamline rental processes, contracts, and compliance. b. Ensure smooth customer interactions and implement digital tools for efficiency.Other Tasks: • Daily/Weekly/Monthly Report to CEO • Overseeing the operation team in the North & South of Vietnam.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.• Minimum of 5-7 years of leadership experience in the automotive, car rental, or related industry.• Proven track record of driving operational success and achieving financial targets.• Strong management, communication, and relationship-building skills.• Passion for sustainability and a deep understanding of the rental car market.
