Yêu cầu ứng viên Minimum of 4 years of relevant facilities maintenance, plant operations, or engineering experience in a similar role.Advanced knowledge of building management/engineering and technical crafts, including Air Conditioning & Ventilation, Electrical and Plumbing, Fire Systems, Carpentry, Dry Walling, Painting, Plumbing, and Roofing.Professional certification as required by regulations/law.Proficiency in software programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CAD.Ability to interpret engineering drawings and calculations, quickly identifying inconsistencies.Capability to recognize potential mechanical problems or safety hazards, taking immediate action, and troubleshooting and repairing routine mechanical and electrical malfunctions in Crescent Mall systems and equipment if required.Skill in inspecting completed work to ensure compliance with blueprints, specifications, and instructions.Quick response ability in emergencies, making decisions that may impact the safety of others or involve significant financial implications.Fluency in both Vietnamese and English, both oral and written.Availability to work as required for 24/7 operation coverage.
