Deputy Head Of Legal

Legal Supervisor/ Deputy Head of Legal shall act as a middle manager - a link between the Head of Legal and the lower levels of the Department, a channel of communication within the Department. Legal Supervisor shall involve deeply with day-to-day operation of MHT Group of companies with the primary responsibility being implement a strategy, created by the executive level, in the most efficient way possible.MAIN DUTIES1. Managing legal affairs for day-to-day operation of MHT Group of companies (including Masan High-Tech Materials Corporation, Nui Phao Mining Co., Ltd and Masan Tungsten LLC): i) Reviewing/drafting major contracts and other legal documents; ii) Advising/consulting other departments for legal issues, providing legal research and training; iii) Reviewing internal policies and procedures and advise the Executive Committee on the implementation; iv) Monitoring and handling litigation and disputes2. Managing legal dossier for project implementation/M&A transaction3. Coordinate the implementation of MHT group of companies’ assignment under the direction of Masan Group4. Maintaining contacts with local judicial and executive bodies, as well as other external resources.5.
