Educational BackgroundBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalentExperience At least 5 years of experience in Magento development. At least 7 years in e-commerce platform development. Proven track record of developing and launching successful e-commerce web/ app. Experience with integrating third-party services and APIs. Experience with performance optimization and SEO best practices. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Passion for staying current with emerging technologies and industry developments. Knowledge In-depth understanding of e-commerce industry trends and best practices. Knowledge of Magento architecture, themes, and modules. Understanding of security best practices and data protection. Familiarity with agile development methodologies and project management tools. Additional Considerations Magento certifications (e.g., Magento Certified Developer) are highly desirable. Experienced with other e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) is a plus. AWS certifications (Cloud practitioner, Solution Architect, DevOps Engineer, SysOps Administrator, or experience with AWS is plus. Technical Skills Proficiency in Magento 2 development, including module and theme development. Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related web technologies. Experience with caching management, page loading performance. Experience with version control systems, preferably Github. Familiarity with front-end technologies and frameworks (e.g., jQuery, Bootstrap, Knockout.js).
