Legal Manager – Safeguard & Drive Business ComplianceAre you a proactive legal expert who thrives in a fast-paced business environment? Join us and take the lead in shaping our legal strategy!________________________________________Key ResponsibilitiesLicensing & Government Relations• Manage and obtain company licenses (Investment Certificate, Business License, Education Operation License).• Build and maintain relationships with government authorities (DPI, DOET, Department of Transport, Construction, Police, People’s Committee).• Represent the company in regulatory meetings and ensure compliance.Contract & Compliance Oversight• Review, draft, and manage contracts and legal documents.• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, regulatory procedures, and inspections.• Guide centers in legal regulations and risk mitigation.Legal Advisory & Risk Management• Provide legal counsel on corporate, operational, and regulatory matters.• Handle customer negotiations and dispute resolutions.Trademark & Labor Union Management• Oversee trademark applications, renewals, and intellectual property protection.• Manage labor union activities and ensure labor law compliance.Regulatory Reporting & Documentation• Ensure timely submission of reports to authorities.• Maintain and manage legal records.Who We’re Looking For• A strategic legal thinker who is business-savvy and proactive in legal risk management.• A strong communicator & negotiator who can influence stakeholders and handle high-stakes discussions.• A leader & decision-maker who can manage teams and drive legal strategy.• A compliance champion who is meticulous, ethical, and committed to business integrity.
