Deputy Manager/ Manager - Corporate Affairs

• Government Relations – focus on Relationships / Central Government for Positive Policies conducive to Mining/ High-Tech Materials Investment and Development.• Local Execution – Royalty, MRF, environment protection fee, customs matters;• Lead the team in compliance with regulatory requirements covering permit/licenses/approval from MOIT, MOF, MONRE, MoST, MOT, TNPPC, and provincial Departments• Assist Director in Local Execution and establishing, and consolidating relations with external stakeholders and public decision-makers.• Provide leadership for some reporting compliance from the Central to the Provincial levels• Assess public policy developments that impact business and develop clear plans to mitigate those risks; influence regulators and the political decision-making process
