Design Engineer - Ho Chi Minh Office

Core responsibilities:• Prepare Quote Estimates, Design Package, Final Estimate within assigned schedule / standard Engg. cycle time. On time reply to advise requests.• Ability to read, understand & apply major building codes, namely AISC, MBMA, AISI, ASCE 7 & UBC as related to building loading and structural analysis.• A sufficient Prepare Quote Estimates, Design Package, Final Estimate within assigned schedule / standard Engg. cycle time. On time reply to advise requests.• A sufficient knowledge of manufacturing practice.• Coordinate with Detailing Engineers and Drafting Checkers.• Plans to finish his work according to assigned schedules, and gives early warnings to the Group Supervisor if schedules can't be met.• Corrects any errors found, and implements instructions provided by the Group Supervisor or Checker after his job has been checked.
