Responsible for managing the designer team in order to deliver/ balance both brand guideline but also lift up designer standard to be more Modern/ Trending & attractive than before.
- Motivating and encouraging internal design teams
- Ensuring structural drawings and designs are produced on time, to a high quality, and are easy to decipher
- Overseeing the design process using technical expertise
- Reviewing designs with health and safety in mind
- Ensuring designs are available to those who need them, at the appropriate time
- Maintaining thorough documentation of the design process
- Keeping up-to-date with brand guideline, new way of brand evolution to be in line with fast-paced growth of market
- Other tasks as required by job duties and assigned by upper management.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Education: University degree
Seniority: At least 2-3 years of experience in manage 5+ designer in previous work.
- Manage other stakeholders (mostly Internal Marketing Team) with right expectations on timeline & get clearly on brief (what they want).
- Precisely brief to designer the clear expectation & direction on where the job should be handled.
- Manage workload of designer team by giving right job to right person within right timeline.
Language: Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
Office skills: Microsoft Office, Adobe Software
Attitude: Creative, able to work well under pressure, meticulous, and detail-oriented.
