Development Lead

Your role & responsibilities Managing project scope before, during, and post-delivery. Working closely with Developers, System Engineers, Account Managers, and Product Managers. Overseeing deployments and new releases. Reviewing code. Identifying and removing bottlenecks that impede the progress of projects. Providing leadership, support, and motivation to technical team members. Solving issues and developing workarounds and alternative solutions. Ensuring the regular delivery of projects and products. Other duties as assigned Your skills & qualifications Minimum Bachelor’s degree  Have 3 – 5 years of experience in ERP solution management  In-depth knowledge and experience with popular software and applications across various fields (SAP B1, CRM, HRIS, etc.) Experience with security code reviews, security architecture, and SAST Experience coding full-stack projects with PHP Experience with the LAMP/LEMP stack Knowledge of ReactJS Knowledge of threat modeling Experience with web penetration testing Able to explain complex ideas either verbally or in writing to a mixture of audiences Understanding new software and technology trends (AI, Cloud, digital transformation, cybersecurity, etc.).
