Devops Engineer

For this role, you are going to be working with our client within a cross-functional team as DevOps Engineer, we prefer that you have the following:  At least 2 years of experience in DevOps tools and technologies, including Linux  Must be able to work Saudi Arabia hours (13:00 – 21:00, Sunday to Thursday)  Excellent communication skills in English Technical university education (at least relevant bachelor’s degree in computer science) with a few years of experience working in agile development and delivery projects. Relevant industry experience of work within IT and OT architecture is advantageous  Ability to work together with other people in your team  You are communicative with the ability to both see the big picture and understand details and also be able to describe your solutions in an easy-to-understand way, at a high level and at a detailed level  You have skills and experience in some of the following areas: OpenStack, AWS, Google Cloud, Data visualization (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana), Code and Scripting skills in Gitlab / Bash  Have strong skillset on Kubernetes ecosystem (Rancher, Keda, Istio, Helm chart ...)  Have experience in monitoring, investigating and collecting performance issues based on APM tools (ELK, New Relic...)  Experience working in GitLab pipelines – CI/CD flow, and system automation tools such as Ansible.  Nice to have experience optimizing Ruby-based systems.
