Devops Manager / DevOps Lead (AWS, Python)

About the Role:We are looking for a passionate and experienced DevOps Lead / DevOps Manager to spearhead our infrastructure and automation efforts. You will lead a team of DevOps engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient CI/CD pipelines, robust infrastructure, high system reliability, and secure cloud operations.---Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design scalable and maintainable software solutions.- Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, providing technical guidance and performance coaching.- Own and evolve the CI/CD pipelines, ensuring fast, reliable, and secure software delivery.- Design and maintain scalable infrastructure using modern tools like Kubernetes, Terraform, and Docker.- Collaborate with software development, QA, and security teams to integrate DevOps best practices.- Manage cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure) with a focus on cost, scalability, security, and high availability.- Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident response processes.- Drive adoption of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation across environments.- Ensure compliance with security and governance policies.- Evaluate and implement new DevOps tools and technologies.
