About AiClipXAiClipX is building a Film-OS: an AI video pipeline where users submit “video tasks” and receive playable cinematic outputs. We are moving fast and now need a DevOps/SRE to make releases safe, observable, and cost-controlled.What you will doBuild CI/CD for backend services (staging → production), with safe rollbacks and deployment checklists.Set up observability: structured logs (with requestId), metrics (latency/error rate/queue depth), dashboards, and actionable alerts.Manage environments & secrets (API keys, env vars), enforce least privilege, and support key rotation.Reliability engineering: basic SLOs, incident runbooks, and on-call readiness (lightweight).Establish cost guardrails for AI/video workloads (rate limits, timeouts, retries/backoff, circuit breakers).Partner with backend/frontend to standardize “evidence packages” for releases (demo link + screenshots/recordings + log snippets + deploy events).Working modelRemote-first (Vietnam preferred). Flexible hours; we focus on deliverables and demoable results.

Must have3–5+ years DevOps/SRE experience supporting production systems.Hands-on CI/CD (GitHub Actions/GitLab CI or similar), deployment automation, and rollback strategy.Strong observability practice: logging, metrics, alerting, dashboards (Grafana/Prometheus, Datadog/New Relic, ELK, Sentry, etc.).Solid Linux + networking fundamentals, and experience with cloud/PaaS deployments (Render/Heroku/Fly/AWS/GCP).Security hygiene: secrets management, least privilege access, auditability.Strong troubleshooting mindset and ability to work in a small team with high ownership.Nice to haveExperience with media/video or large-file workloads (storage, bandwidth, CDN).IaC (Terraform), containers (Docker), queues/background jobs, Postgres tuning.Experience integrating external AI providers (rate limits, retries/backoff, timeouts, circuit breakers).Interview process30-min screening60-min technical interview (CI/CD + monitoring + incident scenarios)Optional practical exercise: propose a 2-week plan for CI/CD + observability + rollback
