- Continuously keeping up-to-date with technological development and improved ways of working and suggesting those to team members and managers.
- Assist with arranging media visits and handling of media at the resort.
- Responsible for the in-house point-of-sale materials and collateral such as brochures, presentations, monthly promotional posters, banners and leaflets, and ad-hoc announcement posters.
- Update and improve website, social channels with content where appropriate.
- Actively identify and engage influencers to share content about the property with their followers to drive awareness for the resort.
- Develop press releases for the resort and communicate to media through pitching.
- Maintain and actively update media database.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties - unexpected moments which may be assigned by management when we have to pull together to get a task done.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good communication in English.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and graphic design software.
- Creative thinker with a passion for travel and hospitality.
