Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies across all key channels (paid search, social media, programmatic, display ads, email marketing, content marketing, and SEO) to drive user acquisition and retention.
- Plan and manage paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to ensure targeted growth and maximum ROI.
- Work with product and analytics teams to monitor and optimize app store listings and ASO (App Store Optimization) to improve discoverability and conversion rates.
Growth & User Acquisition:
- Identify and execute scalable user acquisition strategies to drive rapid growth of active users, ensuring high-quality leads and efficient spend allocation.
- Leverage data analytics to assess user behavior and optimize conversion funnels from awareness to download and in-app activity.
- Develop and manage referral programs, influencer partnerships, and affiliate marketing campaigns to expand user base.
Campaign Performance & Reporting:
- Analyze digital marketing performance and provide actionable insights to continuously optimize campaigns for higher engagement, lower cost-per-acquisition (CPA), and improved customer lifetime value (CLV).
- Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as user acquisition, engagement, and retention metrics.
- Use A/B testing, user segmentation, and cohort analysis to refine messaging, creatives, and campaign strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the product team to align marketing efforts with product launches and updates, ensuring the app’s features and benefits are well-promoted.
- Partner with the content and creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and promotional materials.
- Work closely with the data and analytics teams to leverage insights and make data-driven decisions for campaign optimization.
User Retention & Engagement:
- Develop and execute retention strategies, including in-app messaging, push notifications, email campaigns, and loyalty programs, to engage users and encourage repeat usage.
- Implement personalized marketing tactics to enhance user experience and increase app stickiness.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and user growth, ideally in the travel mobile app, or e-commerce sectors.
- Strong expertise in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.), SEO, SEM, ASO, and content marketing strategies.
- Proven track record of driving user acquisition and engagement through data-driven marketing campaigns.
- Solid understanding of user behavior analytics, A/B testing, conversion optimization, and performance tracking tools (Google Analytics, Firebase, Mixpanel, etc.).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with mobile app growth strategies and experience working with app developers and product teams is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort with interpreting data to guide decisions.
