Job summary: To develop and implement digital marketing initiatives that align with the hotel's branding and business goals. The position is responsible for managing online channels to increase brand awareness, direct bookings, and ensure a consistent and engaging brand presence across all digital platforms.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Website Management & SEO:
- Manage and update the hotel's official website (e.g., WordPress or equivalent CMS).
- Create and upload content, promotions, and visuals regularly.
- Optimize website content for SEO (meta tags, internal linking, image alt text).
- Track performance via Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
2. Social Media Management:
- Daily check the messages on each fanpage of Furama Complex and arrange guests' queries to the relevant departments (F&B, Spa, Recreation, etc.) for response.
- Ensure timely and accurate replies to customer inquiries, enhancing customer satisfaction and engagement.
3. Online Advertising (Paid Media):
- Running and optimize paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads (Search, Display, Video), and retargeting platforms.
- Define target audiences, budget allocation, and campaign goals.
- Conduct A/B testing, monitor performance, and adjust strategy for better ROl.
- Report key metrics such as CPC, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rate.
4. Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Regularly track performance across all digital channels using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Suggest improvements based on performance data to increase direct bookings and lower acquisition costs.
5. Sale kit
- Customize marketing presentations collaborated with crossing functions (sales, FB). Assist with presentation of hotel information in the media, on industry websites and directories, OTAs and all other relevant online and paper-based publications.
6. Marketing Admin Support (as needed):
- Assist with organizing photoshoots, videos, and media events.
- Coordinate with agencies or vendors for content production.
- Support the Marketing Manager in administrative and documentation tasks.

Candidate with University Certificate: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related filed
Good Appearance
