Our footprint spans Southeast Asia and beyond, with global clients and multicultural teams driving every project.As we enter a new phase of growth, we are looking for a seasoned Marketing Manager to lead brand strategy and execution across all three businesses — someone who combines sharp analytical skills with creative thinking and has a proven track record of B2B lead generation, SEO strategy, and cross-cultural communication.YOURE ROLE:You’ll be responsible for crafting and executing a cohesive marketing strategy that:Attracts high-quality B2B leads globallyElevates brand positioning across distinct industriesBridges local execution with international messagingYou’ll work closely with co-CEOs, department heads, and external partners to ensure alignment with business goals while managing day-to-day marketing activities hands-on.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop and lead integrated B2B marketing strategies for Remote Resources, Saigon Dragon Studios, and Play TrailDesign and execute targeted digital marketing campaigns (SEO, email, LinkedIn, Google Ads, etc.)Own and optimize the content and performance of company websites, landing pages, and lead funnelsManage CRM and email automation flows for prospect nurturing and engagementBuild compelling B2B presentations, pitch decks, and case studies in PowerPointDevelop a consistent group-wide voice while tailoring messaging to each brandAnalyze and report on campaign ROI and lead qualityCoordinate with vendors and internal teams (e.g. design, procurement)Stay on top of market trends in offshore staffing, animation, and global toy supply chainEnsure brand consistency across cultures and platformsRepresent marketing in strategic planning and investor communications when needed
