• Develop performance marketing strategies to drive revenue and room night growth through direct channels, increasing conversions for transient and package bookings
• Work closely with the revenue team to identify need dates and adjust campaigns accordingly
• Grow awareness and initiate SEO campaigns for food & beverage, MICE, and wedding segments
• Support onsite implementation of regional and global tactical actions
• Champion rebuilding project and ongoing enhancing of the independent website
• Align social posts and digital content with offline marketing activities and assets for hotel departments
• Support offline PR efforts
• Ensure timely delivery of regular digital assets, including monthly eDMs, email banners, and the digital resort magazine
• Oversee community management of and creation of engaging organic content for owned social media channels
• Ensure digital content is always refreshed and updated on time
• Assist in the content review of partner sites
• Assist in formulating, reviewing, and adjusting expenditure requirements for all e-commerce activity for budget and in the year reviews and submissions
• Produce regular reports and analysis on campaign results
• Any other duties or tasks as directed by the Director of PR & Communications and the Director of Sales & Marketing that assist and support hotel operations
• Support the Revenue team when required
• Ensure that Great Hotel Guest Loves and the Winning ways are demonstrated throughout all processes.
• Assist QCI team with online review response and management

• Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
• Problem solving, creative concept, proactivity, reasoning, motivating/self motivating, strategic planning, organizational and training abilities.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
• Good writing skills in English and Vietnamese
Qualifications –
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Hotel Management, Digital Marketing, or related field preferred.
Experience –
- 2 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge/experience in analytics, reporting, e-commerce, marketing
- Skill in website creation and experience in content management systems would be an asset
