• Creation and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies & plans across online and offline and campaigns to promote our home Hitachi Product Line in Vietnam. This includes defining target audiences, positioning, messaging, and promotional tactics.• Lead the planning and execution of new product launches 360 degrees across platforms in collaboration with product & sales and HQ Marketing Teams.• Manage and strengthen the brand identity of Hitachi, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and communications.• Responsible for creating online & offline marketing materials including but not limited to product pages, leaflets, POP’s, product stands, social media contents etc.• Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve marketing objectives and maximize ROI inline with company business goals.• Responsible for media buying activities online & offline.• Developing Marketing Benchmarks for Vietnam.• Creating pre/post campaign analysis for marketing investments.• Managing agencies/vendors and keep good relationship with them.• Work closely with HQ Brand & digital marketing teams with set guidelines.• Responsible for managing the marketing team.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Bachelor degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field• 5+ years of online & offline marketing management experience• Willing to create potential projects to catch business objectives of the company.• Strong computer skills using Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint• Having excellent command of English (both writing & speaking) is a must• Having strong project management skills with strict milestones and deadlines• Self-motivated, creative, positive attitude, strong work ethic, excellent organization and ability to build cross-functional relationships• Flexible and open to new perspectives• Home appliances or Consumer Electronics business experience is a plus
