Digital Strategy Staff (System Management & Enhancement)

Job Summary:The role is responsible for delivering comprehensive user support by assisting customers, dealers, and internal teams in effectively utilizing existing digital systems, while gathering feedback to guide future system enhancements. In addition, the position oversees assigned digital projects from planning through execution, ensuring timelines and deliverables stay on track. This includes developing key project documentation such as Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), user guides, and training materials to support successful implementation and adoption.Job Descriptions:Major Responsibilities:1) Digital System Management & Optimization: Provide support to users (customers, dealers, and internal departments) to ensure effective utilization of existing digital systems, including Customers Relationships Management (CRM) system and Mobile Applications. Collect and analyze user feedback to inform and plan system upgrades and improvements.2) Data Analysis & Business Improvement: Conduct in-depth analysis of system usage data and other customer-related information to monitor digital platform engagement and identify opportunities for enhancing business effectiveness.3) New Digitalization Projects: Collaborate closely with internal departments, sections, and external vendors to develop and implement new digital solutions. Manage assigned projects, ensuring they remain on schedule and within scope. Create essential project documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), user manuals, and training materials.4) Technology Research & Innovation: Stay current with emerging information technologies, particularly in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI). Research and propose the application of new technologies to enhance and develop business operations.Minor Responsibilities:5) Data Analysis & Business Improvement: Conduct analysis of system data to monitor digital platform engagement and identify opportunities for enhancing business effectiveness.6) Technology Research: Study information technologies, particularly in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI).
