Mô Tả Công Việc
• Responsible for the supervision of all members of the Finance Department. Providing functional guidance to Executive Committee and Department Heads.
• Interacting with Resort’s legal counsel, insurance companies, tax consultants, auditors, commercial and government banks to effectively control the assets of the business and to provide business support.
• Assists and provides nancial guidance in the formulation and implementation of Strategic Plan, Budget and KPO’s (Goals Program)
• Obtains appropriate legal counsel regarding the business practices of the Resort and maintains an awareness of local laws, rules and regulations
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Experience years in the major: 4-8 years in hospitality accounting or audit.
• Experience years in position: at least 01 year in similar position or 03 years in Financial Controller
• Language: Good in English
• Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reacts highly on the Resort, Accor brand and the Company.
• Procient in the use of Microsoft Ofce
• Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
