Director of R&D Company

I. Key Responsibilities:1. Develop R&D Strategy- Formulate and execute mid-to-long-term R&D strategies that align with the company’s vision.- Ensure R&D activities meet market demands and leverage emerging technologies.2. Lead and Develop R&D Team- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing R&D team (over 100 engineers).- Foster an innovative and collaborative working environment.3. Product Development- Oversee the full product development cycle—from ideation, design, and testing to commercialization.- Incorporate cutting-edge technologies into new product development4. Technology and Process Optimization- Recommend and implement advanced technologies to improve manufacturing efficiency and product quality.- Ensure all new products comply with international standards for safety, quality, and performance.5. Budget and Resource Management- Build and manage R&D budgets with effective allocation and cost control.- Evaluate project ROI and make informed investment decisions.6. Cross-functional Collaboration- Work closely with Production, Sales, and Marketing to ensure new products are aligned with customer needs and market trends.- Support product launches and contribute to marketing strategy development.II.
