JOB SUMMARY
- Develop and execute business strategies for the Ho Chi Minh City and Southern region to achieve revenue targets and enhance the Ambassador Cruise brand in the Southern market.
- Manage, supervise, and develop the sales team, ensuring high performance and target achievement.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Develop and implement sales strategies:
- Create short-term and long-term sales plans tailored to the assigned region and aligned with company goals.
- Expand distribution channels, particularly travel agencies, event organizers, and corporate clients.
- Identify and grow new customer segments, focusing on high-end clients.
2. Revenue and market share management:
- Ensure revenue targets are met or exceeded, optimizing cruise occupancy rates.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and industry developments to make strategic recommendations.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales activities in the assigned region.
3. Sales team management and development:
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team in Ho Chi Minh City.
- Foster a positive and professional work environment to encourage team success.
- Set goals, evaluate performance, and reward staff based on achievements.
4. Collaboration and communication:
- Work closely with Marketing, Operations, and other departments to ensure service quality and campaign success.
- Represent the brand at conferences, exhibitions, and promotional events in the Southern market.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market conditions in the assigned region.
- Propose innovative strategies and solutions to enhance business effectiveness.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1. Experience and expertise:
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the tourism, cruise, hospitality, or luxury travel sector.
- Extensive knowledge of the Ho Chi Minh City and Southern market.
- Preference for candidates with experience working with international clients and major partners.
2. Skills and abilities:
- Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to build solid relationships with partners.
- Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and negotiation skills.
3. Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
