Director - Virtual Product Development (Garment/ Apparel)

In this exciting Director role, you will lead our Featuring division which provides integrated Product Solutions across Apparel, Footwear and Home. As a service provider to suppliers, mills, and customers, Featuring provides 3D and Product Life Cycle services that enable fast, sustainable product development activities that drive more effective sourcing strategies.How will you make a difference?- Develop strategies that reposition, the Featuring brand to be a stronger revenue stream for Otto International which includes the assessment and development of new services and commercial terms and charging mechanisms.- Organisational design and rationalization that ensures a productive and profitable business.- Develop the company’s capabilities into a centre of excellence for all key product categories, Apparel Footwear and Home & Living.- Develop suppliers and mills to provide fast sustainable product solutions and process for customers.- Build a strong customer pipeline that includes suppliers, mills and end customers that aligns to Otto Internationals overall strategy.- Develop strong partnerships with 3rd party providers and continue to assess digital solutions landscape across all product categories.- Proactively build joint 3D strategies with key customers.- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of product developers and product solution developers (PLM).- Market Intel: Provide market intelligence around new product development technologies.- Training: Provide a training ground through the Digi-hubs to upskill supply chain partners.- Develop commercial E2E sustainable collections.- Talent Management: Build and nurture a high performing business culture that sets ambitious and measurable targets. Identify top talent and build a capability pipeline for future successors.- Culture Champion: Culture champion that leads by example across compliance, ethics, and integrity. Drive Diversity and Inclusion across the organization.
