1/ Make a business plan, find customers
- Make business plans from time to month, quarter, and year.
- Exploit group guest sources for the Hotel.
- Use room sales channels, and sell services to find potential customers for the Hotel.
- Exchange, negotiate the terms of the contract and sign the contract with the customer. In the last three months of every year, proactively set up and present the next year's business & communication plan based on analysis reports, market situation, and business results expectations from the Board of Directors.
2/ Implementing business and communication campaigns
- Coordinate with staff of relevant departments and departments to plan business and communication campaigns for the Hotel.
- Coordinate in implementing business campaigns, and communicating existing and new products and services of the Hotel.
- Monitor implementation and evaluate effectiveness.
3/ Market development Coordinate with the market development planning department for the Hotel
- Implement market development plans.
- Develop and implement programs to maximize profits
- Enhance the image and brand of the Hotel in the hospitality industry community
- Active participation in community activities through other trade associations, memberships, and organizations.
- Check regular reports from sales staff to ensure business goals are achieved.
- Regularly check product promotions to ensure compliance with brand standards
- Contact other individuals and entities for business cooperation.
- Establish and maintain good relationships with organizations and companies such as airlines, travel agencies, real estate agents, foreign representative offices, professional organizations, and others to have regular patrons, state agencies, etc.
- Maintain a communication network with the region's sales and marketing teams for collaboration and support as needed
4/ Customer care Responsible for monitoring service quality, actively contacting and asking customers.
- Quickly solve problems and problems arising during the contract implementation period.
- Plan and implement gifts and incentives with customers during holidays and Tet - especially important partners.

• Good market analysis and customer search skills
• Computer knowledge and experience in MS Office programs.

• Good command of English both in speaking and writing
Qualifications:
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related fields
Experience:
• At least 03-years’ experience in the same position with an internationally branded hotel or serviced residence
